The family of Hugh Pharr Quin and Louisa Toombs DuBose, Wilkes, Georgia

Hugh Pharr Quin worked as a hardware, dry goods, and eventually an insurance agent in Wilkes County, Georgia. He and his wife Louisa (later Loulie, even later Betty Lou) had twelve children, all of whom lived to adulthood. Their son Louis DuBose Quin established the Quin Press in Charleston, South Carolina on Broad Street and married Olga von Oven Jatho, daughter of George W. Jatho and Arnolda von Oven jatho. Louis and Olga had two children before his untimely death in 1928. Olga carried on the Quin Press after his death.
